Who processes your data

What data we collect
Only the data you voluntarily send us through the form or by email: your name, email address, phone number, the description of your request and any attached documents.
Why we use it
To send you a quote, to carry out the service you order and to communicate with you about it. We do not use it for marketing and never sell it to third parties. Documents are shared only with the people and institutions needed to perform the service (e.g. the translator, the notary, the authority issuing the Apostille).
How long we keep it
Quote requests that do not become orders are deleted within 12 months. Order data is kept for as long as legal and accounting obligations require.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics tools.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your data and to object to its processing, in accordance with Albanian personal data protection law and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You may also lodge a complaint with the Albanian Information and Data Protection Commissioner.
