Bilingual notarial deeds
When a notarial deed will be used abroad, we draft the text in Albanian and in the foreign language, so the notary can certify it and the foreign institution can accept it without further translation. Where needed, we also provide an interpreter for the signing.
For Albanians living abroad
If you live in Italy, Greece, Germany, France, the UK or elsewhere and need to act in Albania – selling property, inheritance, obtaining documents or court matters – we help with the power of attorney: drafting the text, signing before a notary or the Albanian consulate where you live, the Apostille and the notarised translation into Albanian.

Frequently asked questions
Can I sign a notarial deed without travelling to Albania?
Yes. You can sign before a notary where you live and then obtain an Apostille, or sign at an Albanian consulate. We help you pick the fastest route and translate the deed into Albanian.
What can be done without me being present?
Certified true copies can be arranged without you, as long as you send us the originals. Signing powers of attorney and declarations requires you to appear in person before a notary or consul.
